The alumni of Al-Ameen Mission HS 2002 have gathered after nearly two decades to launch Al-Ameen Protyay Foundation on January 15th. Fulfilling their common dream of serving humanity, the foundation shall aim to advocate change and connect societies with the knowledge to build a better life for all. The objective of the foundation is to provide support to livelihoods and help in capacity building thereby improving lives. For this, the foundation proposes to use integrated model with focus on education and healthcare system available for all.

“Programs should be undertaken for the development of underprivileged sections of our society”, says Md. Shah Alam, Chairman, of Amanat Foundation Trust. He further added that remedial coaching, entrepreneurship/skill development, empowering various platforms, capacity building of NGOs, promoting housing and real estate business, livelihood development, unity through development programs through United Guardians Council-UGCRTI, RTE, and CAA, promotion of Studies on Social Science, lobbying, policy influencing for community development should be done.
When the whole world was fighting the pandemic, Al-Ameen Protyay Foundation took an initiative by organizing Awareness Programme on COVID-19, on 12th September 2020 which was attended by more than 800 people. Besides interactions with doctors, it also counseled students of class XI and XII to manage their higher education in times of pandemic.
Al-Ameen Protyay Foundation is a body of some alumni of Al-Ameen Mission and therefore, as a token of gratitude, the foundation handed over around 5 lakhs over a period of 4 years to Jb. M Nurul Islam, the General Secretary of Al-Ameen Mission.
The foundation strongly believes to work for the educational and socio-economic development of the backward sections and promote health awareness. The motivation provided in Al-Ameen Mission, Siliguri, and Patharchapri aimed at the comprehensive development of society.
On June 12, 202, Nityabaria, a low land in the Sundarban area was affected by floods. The Al-Ameen Protyay Foundation provided food for all affected, milk for children, and groceries for the affected families. In its efforts towards promoting healthcare for all, it also organized a medical camp in 2021 where in 138 patients were given consultation and medicines. Later, medical camps have also been organized in Murshidabad.
