Antenatal Health Care in Bihar: Level of Improvement In 4 Years From NFHS-4 to NFHS-5

The authors have examined the current scenario of antenatal health coverage in India by comparing the recent NFHS-5 and the previous NFHS-4 data. Bihar is said to have the highest mortality rate with a very stand in antenatal care. The district-level analysis is also done for a better understanding as to why Bihar’s rank is low. The authors have done a secondary data analysis of both NFHS-4 and NFHS-5 factsheets for each district of Bihar to understand the antenatal care status of women Bihar.
