Dhaka Bureau Policy Times: To pay homage to the Father of the Nation of Bangladesh, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on his birth centenary “MujibBorsho” a group Art Exhibition with 12 eminent Artists of Bangladesh, organized by Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, High Commission of India, Dhaka in association with Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on 24 November (Tuesday) was virtually inaugurated by Dr. Dipu Moni, Minister of Education along with Mr. Asaduzzaman Noor MP and Dr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, Chief Coordinator of the National Implementation Committee on the Birth Centenary Celebrations of Father of the Nation.
The honourable guests, in their remarks, highlighted that the everlasting strong relationship between India and Bangladesh remains so because of Bangabandhu.
Mr. Noushad Hossain, Secretary, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy and Syeda Mahbuba Karim Mini, Director Bangladesh Shipakala Academy along with High Commissioner Sh. Vikram Doraiswami also addressed the gathering while honouring the great role artistic talent has played in keeping the memory of Bangabandhu alive.
On the occasion, HC Sh. Vikram Doraiswami also handed over an automatic contactless Hand Sanitizer Machine to the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy for use by general public.
