Mr. Tussar Pattnaik, the corporate head EHS in the Dabur India Limited, received a CEO excellence award for his exemplary contribution towards business beyond the normal call of roles and responsibilities from Executive vice president Mr. Rahul Awasthi.
Mr. Tussar has also received the certificate of appreciation for delivering and attending “National Pollution Control Day” held online on 2nd December 2021. The event was conducted by the MCKV Institute of engineering, Kolkata.

Mr. Tussar has had an illustrious career of over 20 years in driving EHS initiatives with prestigious organizations in India. He is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive EHS management systems and procedures to prevent incidences of environmental pollution, health hazards, and accidents.
He has been actively involved in Various CSR activities like PET recycling / imparting Training on Road safety & Home safety at the CDC center to Village Youth & women.
He has been handling PAN India Plastic Management for Dabur India Pvt. Ltd since November 2019. He is also responsible for handling all CGWA and Pollution related issues for India and SAARC countries. He implemented ESG at Dabur India and had been working on a 3R approach for water-related projects. He is the founder and Treasurer of WeCare Society, one of India’s first EPR initiatives for Plastic Waste Management.
He is also the founder member and Treasurer for the AARC association for a clean environment, an association of different Plastic manufacturers, brand owners for effective plastic waste management. In such a long career in waste management, he has garnered hands-on experience in commissioning, operating, and maintenance of a wide range of effluent treatment plants.
