NOIDA: DME Media School is all set to return for the 3rd time with its prestigious international media conference ICAN in a completely different format amidst the global challenges of COVID-19. ICAN3is world’s first 10-day digital live international conference that will discuss, deliberate and analyse various issues, concepts and opinions of the community from June 21, 2020.
The conference, in collaboration with Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia, Adamas University, Kolkata, and K. R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, will comprise of total 27 live sessions including 14 Technical Sessions (with 158 paper presentations), three Plenary Sessions, Panel Discussions and Master Classes each with focus on ‘Issues of Community, Agenda and News’. Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) Delhi Chapter is the knowledge partner for the conference.
Out of more than 200 papers received from four continents- Asia, Europe, America and Australia, 141 papershave been published in six books with ISBN and these books will be released during the distinguished conference to generate dialogue and strengthen relationships between academics and media, in collaboration with educational institutions.

ICAN3 will be joined by iconic personalitieslike Prof. Ujjwal K Chowdhury, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Adamas University, Kolkataand 50 eminent persons from the media industry and academicworld.
Dr Ambrish Saxena, Dean DME Media School said, “ICAN3 is set to be a path-breaking meet for academics and media and is open for all to attend via live Facebook broadcast”.
Prior to this, DME Media School has successfully organised two editions of ICAN in 2018. The first edition India and Changing Aspects of News- ICAN was organised on March 9, 10 and 11, 2018, and the second edition Indian Cinema and Alternate Networks- ICAN2 was held on November 16, 17 and 18, 2018.
