In an exclusive interaction with Akram Hoque, Founder Editor of The Policy Times interacted with Abhinav Bhutada, Founder-Cuelab CRM App and Director and CEO-Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. shared his journey, future roadmap, and his innovations. Here is the excerpt!

Abhinav Bhutada shared his very interesting start-up journey since 2016 and the story of origin behind his most successful produce cue Lab CRM and his plans for the future.
Q. 1. Abhinav, When did you start your Start-up journey?
I started my start-up journey with Abhinav IT Solutions way back in 2016, just after my graduation, and continued it all through my post-graduation till now. It was much-focused product creation and customer-orientation and maintaining a constant strong customer-centric approach and that is a strong point that helped us in the first five years and right now the start-up is established and focusing on unique product creation and expansion in the domestic and international market.
Q. 2. How did CRM Come Into the Picture?
The first thought of Cue Lab CRM came as an in-house use for the sales team in a remote location with poor connectivity because even though there are good apps for management, development, and another purpose not much in sales with superior connectivity and mobility of access. Then it was defined and marketed as a product to our existing customer and it produced a good response which encouraged an international expansion venture. The international response is quite promising too.

Q. 3. What CueLab CRM offers and what are the USPs of your offerings and different from others in the market?
Cue Lab CRM is unique in the aspect of connectivity and mobility of access. People with even a 2G network and a mobile phone can access and operate Cue Lab CRM. Another big connectivity USP of Cue Lab CRM is that it is connected with platforms like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Zoom, and any lead generation campaign in this platform will only need one-time integration not renewed manual integration and all the other steps like data gathering and compiling are then done by Cue Lab CRM.
Q. 4. How do you picture digital interruption shaping the start-up ecosystem?
Digitization has made the world very fast-paced and reshaped people working mentality as constant effort rather than 9 to 7 time-bound effort and that in turn changed the customer response reaction and expectation of customer and also brought along a lot of opportunities and competitiveness.
Q. 5. Your message for an Indian start-up?
They should focus on product creation and customer relation maintaining as their behavioral approach at the beginning and that will be their strong ground.
