Carving Talent along with, The Policy Times, New Delhi, The Oxford College of Law, Bangalore & Vivekananda Institute of Information & Management Studies, Tiruchengode, TN is organizing an International Webinar on “Gender sensitivity & Women Empowerment | Global & Indian Perspectives in ushering change” on 9th February 2021 between 4 pm and 6 pm.

“Carving Talent,” a leading Learning Organization based in New Delhi, the Policy Advocacy giant, “The Policy times”,” The Oxford College of Law and VIIMS have come together to deal with the lingering problems of gender bias, gender exploitation and sexual violence on women not just India, but many of the developed countries too struggle to cope with in this modern 21st century.

Divided into Two Parts:

1) Global perspective on Gender sensitivity, Exploitation at work place, sexual violence & women empowerment.

2) Legal provisions available in the Statute under “The sexual harassment of women in workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013.

The first session would be conducted by Mr Stanley Beckett, CEO of Change Creator SA, South Africa.  Stanley is an International Speaker and “Change Guru” whose “Change Creator Formula” is used by companies & Govts internationally.

The Second Session would be conducted by Prof (Dr) Mayil Sami, The Principal of The Oxford College of Law, Bangalore. Prof Mayil Sami is an authority on Vishaka Guidelines promulgated by The Supreme Court of India in 1997 which has now become an Act as mentioned above.
