The nationwide covid-19 lockdown has forced k-12 schools and universities to close. The closure has placed unprecedented challenges on governments, institutions, teachers, parents and care give around the word.

Schools have always considered educational apps or digital learning as a supplementary tool and may have had difficulty in mains it, mostly due to not having fully understood its efficacy. However, the current situation has given us a fillup to accelerates the adoption of technology and experiment with online
learning and measure its success.

During covid-19 pandemic, we experience a whole lot of interesting and new experiences through virtual classes. For us , this is novel way to keep the new
academic session going without any delay. This opportunity gives us close look at the parents and vice-versa.

The parents sometimes shared their home activities like cooking, stitching etc and also telling about strength and shortcomings of their words. The parent equally looks curious and success of virtual classes. We share assignments, e-contents and study materials to keep students engaged in academic activities. This way the teachers and teaching
methodology become tech-sawy.

This was not only new but interesting also where parent can watch closely the teaching of school and in term discuss with teachers with suggestions. This become boon in disguise to improve and understand the relation between teachers and parents.

Besides academic activities, lots of co-curricular activities are also conducted online. We celebrated AmbedkarJayanti and Poem recitation competition. We used to conduct Yoga for physical fitness, gardening and music classes online. Everyday we conduct virtual classes for five hours from Monday to Saturday. Students are getting their assignments and whattsapp and submitting their homework on email. But initially there were some mecups such as poor internet connection, non availability of smartphones or laptop with some students, inability of some teachers to make power point presentation etc.

The corona pandemic has forced us to look for an alternative to traditional classroom teaching. Online teaching does not allow the same method. It requires a lot of planning unlike regular classes. Sometimes some parents find it difficult to arrange smartphones with two or more children.

Thus it becomes difficult to adjust classes sometimes.
We also got opportunity to watch the classes and methodology of teaching of each and every teachers. After classes we discuss with teachers individually the problems they are facing and way to improve it. Some pictures of difference activities are also enclosed for the references.
