Advantages of using Pipes & Fittings:
Hydraulic transmission: The plastic pipes & fitting material have a smooth pipe wall, low resistance, and large water flow amount. To adjust gradient terrain the aperture of plastic pipe fittings can be reduced in a smaller construction capacity.
Sealing: As compared to Cement pipe, Plastic pipes fitting’s service life is longer. Cement pipes have a low sealing property and are rigid, slight movement may damage the connecting part. Moreover, the cement pipe is sealed by a vulcanized rubber ring, while plastic pipes fitting is sealed by the TPE sealing ring.
Durability and resistance to corrosion: The durability of Cement pipe is only 15 years while plastic pipes fitting it is 50-100 years, and plastic pipes fitting have better corrosion resistance than cement pipes.

Variation in tensile strength: Superior quality of UPVC pipes has larger ductility, while low-quality plastic pipe fitting materials brittleness and low ductility, making them prone to breakage.
Low shock resistance. As per industrial tests, falling weight impact in the range of GB/T5836.1－92 standard, the pass rate of plastic pipe fitting materials is lower than 50%.
Low thermal Resistance: Lower softening temperature makes the pipes prone to thermal deformation. To enhance softening temperature, some manufacturers just simply increase the feeding amount, this does have benefits for increasing softening temperature, but it greatly reduces the impact resistance, tensile strength and tenacity of plastic pipe fitting materials at the same time.
