Since ages Love and Equality, have been the two most discussed and debatable topic of this human world. If love has been seen as a basic ingredient for human existence, then Equality is considered the most necessary element for living a dignified life. Even though being the most basic human traits it has been ironically one of elements which have been seen with varied views subject to contradictions. Love which has been accustomed to be taboo in most part of the world has faced a severe blow by the so-called intelligentsia group as they consider it a matter of value degradation. On the other hand, Equality has faced repercussions as still, we have not been able to cherish the moments which could bring a society where each and every one is getting the desired respect irrespective of gender.
Considering the cobweb of such paradoxes The Policy Times has taken an initiative to bring the young voices under a single platform where they can lend their modernistic approach towards the nuances of the society which are making the Love and Equality a distant dream.
To cherish this dream The Policy Times has invited few doyens of literature who are not skilled craftsmen when it comes to romance but also have a strong advocate for equality. As age has never been a barrier to achieving something as contrary to what the common masses percept, Hardik Upreti, a kid of just 11 years has shattered this perception. At such a tender age he has published two novels including the bestseller, ‘The Christmas Miracle’ and will be sharing his journey with us.
At the time when love has been a victim of distorted relationships, Bhawna Monga, an eminent Emotional Wellness Expert and author of “World Full of Needles” will share her views on the importance of relationships when we want to witness equality in our society. She holds a degree of MBA in HR, a Masters in Sociology, a Diploma in Education Planning and Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling. She believes that realization of the existence of issues in relationships is not just the first step, but it automatically facilitates the resolving process.
Some of the other speakers who will share their insight with the budding authors and audiences are Prof. Nandini Sahu, Himanshu Rai, Rohit Dawesar and Ajitabha Bose.
