Trust no one but respect everyone

Many times, we start believing someone blindly, which is not right. we should take special care of the fact that it is our workplace and should avoid making deep relationships with colleagues. Many times, we make mistakes by trusting people, which we have to pay for ourselves, so try to make the relationship best on the workplace but do not trust anyone in the other side.

Never take office gossips to home

The half-time of our routine passes in the office, due to which we get less time for the family. It is often right to share your office matter but should avoid those things which are not necessary. It is important not to share every gossip with your family,

Enter office on time and leave on time

Everyone wants to leave the office at a reasonable hour, but the burden of the work is so much that even after office hours the work continues. There is no shortage of work in our lives today and it is also true that work is never ending but it is too important to give time to yourself So, try to complete the task before the time.

Never make relationship on workplace

All workplace relationships are important, but when it comes to relationships between employees high in relatedness and interaction, you don’t want an environment where those employees can become good or even close friends. You want an environment where they can become best friends.

Expect nothing

Doing good and expecting nothing in return is what we all should practice. Thinking about getting or not getting anything in return is the key here. That is the thing which we should not give importance to. When doing things, always do it wholeheartedly for the love of doing it without any expectations, reservations or conditions. That is the natural flow which everyone should maintain and practice in daily lives.

300 Million People Worldwide Suffer from Depression

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) study, worldwide depression is becoming a major cause of disability. According to the WHO’s latest estimates, more than 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression.

South Korea has the highest suicide rate

It is shocking to know that South Korea has the highest suicide rate among the 35 wealthy Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries. Almost 40 Koreans fall victim to suicide every day, almost 95 percent of Koreans report being stressed, a third of them chronically. According to one study, up to 28 percent of elderly Koreans are depressed, compared with 10 to 15 percent in the U.S.

More than 50 million people in India are suffering from depression

According to the latest WHO report, every fourth person in India is a victim of depression. WHO reported that the highest suicide rate in 10 Southeast Asian countries is in India. In the past few years, the effect of the deadly diseases like cancer in our country has increased. Along with diabetes, heart disease, tuberculosis, obesity and tension, people are also coming in large numbers. Women have increased the risk of breast cancer, uterine cancer.

These diseases are becoming the cause of their death in large numbers. According to a World Health Organization report, more than 50 million people in India are suffering from depression.

It was also reported in the report that from 2005 to 2015, the number of patients suffering from depression has increased by 18.4 percent in 10 years. According to the report, there is a suicide in 20 causes of death in the world. In 2015, 7.88 lakh people committed suicide.

Advisor to the concerned Department of World Health Organization(WHO) says that there is ‘depression’ disease which can take place in any part of life. He said that you will see that every twentieth person in the world is suffering from this disease, which in turn has the highest rate of disability.
